People love remote work. Their mental health may not.

Remote work is often framed as a win for people with families, since it frees up time otherwise lost to commuting, but the data didn’t bear that out. Also note that video calls don’t close the gap.

It’s important to find ways to supplement the nutrients found in red meats and dairy products such as iron and calcium. Menu options for those with AGS include chicken, fish and ratite bird species such as emu and ostriches. Plant-based milks and nutritional yeast vegan cheese options are dairy alternatives.
