The longer we maintain a “sprint” like pace, the faster employees will burn out. . . social distancing only further fans the burnout flame. Our best leaders will remember the sprint we just finished, and know a different pace is needed for the next leg of the race.

It will help sustain effort over the long haul without so much racing.
