In 2004, Buffet said, “It’s better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behavior is better than yours and you’ll drift in that direction.”
To which his partner, Charlie Munger, added, “If this gives you a little temporary unpopularity with your peer group, the hell with ’em.”
INSIGHTS: I hope you noticed that “INTEGRITY” came first. Without honesty and strong moral principles, any other advice on success is worthless.
