Survey: Road warriors are traveling more

A survey of 2,000 “road warriors” who travel a great deal for work found that 93 percent are traveling more this year than the year before, which they attribute to high labor demand. About 35 percent of the respondents said business travel contributed to career growth and 45 percent said it has broadened their perspective. Uncertainty regarding travel schedules was noted as a significant concern with the ability to control travel schedules was indicated as a crucial aspect of job satisfaction.
