Influencers sway consumers but authenticity loses some clout, study says

Only 35 percent of Gen Z consumers said they cared most about authenticity from influencers, while 47 percent said they cared about follower count.

 

How afternoon naps can affect your lifespan

Power naps, around 10-20 minutes long, can improve cognitive function, mood, and productivity, and provide an energy boost. But, long naps increase the risk of sleep inertia, affect our ability to fall asleep at night, and may increase insomnia, which perpetuates the need for more long naps during the day.

 

Bookend your day with reading for a more peaceful and productive life

She says, all the evidence suggests bookending your days with reading in this way will help you feel calmer, more rooted, and more genuinely productive all day long.
