New grant will help veterinary students learn how to practice using a ‘spectrum of care’ model

The American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges has received a $1.3 million grant from the Stanton Foundation to support the AAVMC Spectrum of Care initiative. “Spectrum of care” refers to the concept of offering clients a range of evidence-based care options, so they have more choices than just the most expensive treatment.
