INSIGHTS: I remember the angst my parents had when directed to get a polio vaccine dose delivered on a sugar cube. Dissention then was minor compared to 2021, but just as ridiculous. Like it was yesterday, I remember my Dad addressing the concerns, “. . . yes, we could get hurt by a tornado lying in a ditch too, but it’s a better option than standing on the highway waiting to see if it sucks you skyward to a certain death.”
