The strangest things vet techs have heard clients say.
A client told us that the government was after her and our electricity was going to get shut off because she had come to us.
A client came in with her deceased pet. After discussing cremation choices she asked if she could take the pet home to spend one more night with the pet before having him cremated.
Reasons our clients do not need heartworm prevention:
“He doesn’t need heartworm prevention because he only drinks bottled water. ”
“I don’t worry about heartworms. I live in a gated community. ”
“Our back yard is fenced in”
