In the first video he reviews the policies that govern veterinary telemedicine. His focus is on the basics of the veterinary client patient relationship and the variances in definition and geographies.

This included providing guidance and best practices to build efficiencies via virtual care and time saving tips, especially to reduce workload, stress and burnout, said Ali McIntyre, executive director.
