Kudos to Shadi Ireifej and Ali McIntyre for coordinating and producing the May 26 VVCA Lunch & Learn. The only disappointment was low attendance. Ireifej shared several video cases where clients needed support to decide if their animal warranted emergency care.
It was impressive to see and hear how Ireifej:
- Engaged the clients comfortably and casually
- Openly discussed what he could do or could not do in a virtual setting
- Coach the clients to handle the animals to allow for video viewing
- Establish action steps, if needed, including email follow-up
