INSIGHTS: Not everyone works at the same speed or with the same level of perfectionism. Consider ensuring an outcome is well-defined not only by timeline, but by work quality, as well. The one who is perceived as slow or lazy may be a perfectionist trying to deliver a result that exceeds the expectation.
