- Set a strict start time
- Do a brain dump every Monday morning
- Schedule days in 50/10 time blocks
- Streamline meetings by creating a strict agenda
- Make a delegation to-do list
- Create a mix-match wardrobe
- Use apps and auto-delivery
INSIGHTS: Saving 15 to 30 minutes weekly adds up. A grocery delivery service I started a year ago has saved me more than 60 hours and I manage the purchases better than if I was pushing the cart.
