INSIGHTS: Culturally well-planned 25-minute meetings will require a commitment to preparation that may be unfamiliar in some organizations. Paying attention to punctuality and proper preparation may take coaching but will save the collective time often wasted across the team. Contracting an outside meeting leader can be helpful in rebuilding how meetings are conducted and reduce internal friction.
