Veterinary team members sometimes correlate a pet owner’s weight to an overweight pet. In the interest of reducing even more stress, we’re sharing Kelly Bilodeau’s post on stress eating.

INSIGHTS: While no research is readily available, I suspect that human stress eaters also treat their pets more often than regular eaters. Therefore, there may be synergy in replacing the M&Ms and Oreos with carrots and grapes. . . after a brisk walk of course! 😉
