The White Rabbit from Lewis Carrol’s, Alice in Wonderland, said, “The hurrier I go the behinder I get.” In many cases this quote describes the listening skills of animal health professionals who are quick to move without really hearing how a customer responds. Take time to pay attention to your communication process, and listen to your listener before you speak.
