U.S. employers report challenges in finding suitable job candidates with work-ready skills to fill open roles, according to an AgCareers.com survey. Problem-solving and decision-making were identified as the areas with the most significant gaps for current employees and new graduate hires. Organization and planning skills, as well as teamwork, were also identified as important.
