It provides ongoing information to U.S. beef producers and beef consumers about how common-sense husbandry techniques, coupled with scientific knowledge, work together to raise cattle under optimum management and environmental conditions.

The first consideration is choosing the proper equipment. The next focus should be on location. Thanks to BQA we have moved most injection sites away from edible product to a place where we don’t have carcass value loss.
INSIGHTS: Normal workforce turnover threatens compliance to BQA and health standards. Sales representatives and veterinary teams may wish to collaborate on conducting BQA reviews with key customers. Consider hosting training and review meetings for producer groups as a complementary activity.
