Patterson invests in animal health business with acquisitions in the U.S. and U.K.

Patterson Companies, Inc., announced it has signed two separate acquisition agreements for its animal health business:

• Infusion Concepts in the United Kingdom
• Mountain Vet Supply in the United States.
