Research from Colorado State University suggests support for communication skills training programs and recognition of their value continue to grow. However, a lack of resources, faculty expertise, validated methods for outcomes assessment and leadership remain as challenges.
As animal health pros, this research confirms what we’ve known for years. Therefore, working with veterinary teams and pros in a retail setting remains critical for delivering the right messages and communicating both importance and value.
