Everything we see in the news in 2020 is scary. It’s like a never-ending horror movie where a two-headed monster — pandemic and pandemonium — roams the earth seeking whom it may devour. The result is anxiety, fear, anger and frustration.

INSIGHTS: Mr. Rogers gave us a cure for our collective anxiety that puts the monster in its place. I tried it and it had an immediate therapeutic effect. It’s a simple but powerful exercise.
