INSIGHTS: The context here is important. Terms like beneficial, meaningful, effective and efficient are certainly important considerations in any medical care setting. In animal health, clients’ knowledge, curiosity and willingness to be a partner in the patient’s health is a benefit for DVMs that MDs may not realize virtually.
