INSIGHTS: It puzzles me how reluctant some people are to making a simple phone call to ask a question in relative anonymity. Yet, these same people who choose to text instead of call seem anxious to Facetime or Zoom thereby exposing themselves to both visual and auditory scrutiny. The juxtapositional behaviors seem . . . well, quite oxymoronic. 😐
