Addie, an 8-year-old cancer patient from Tulsa, Oklahoma, dreams of being a veterinarian. Thanks to Make-a-Wish Oklahoma and the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, she’s one step closer to realizing that dream.
Last April, Addie spent a day with faculty, staff and students at OSU’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital. From a goat kid wellness exam to a mock caesarian section on a dog, Addie handled it all with ease.
