The great sales coaches that I have known see teaching and training as a continuous need for their teams. Some of my greatest sales coaches are life-long learners and encourage their teams to practice the sales fundamentals on a regular basis.
INSIGHTS: As a DVM, tech or receptionist, you may not think of yourself as in the sales business, but you are. Without making the sale first, all your diagnostic prowess, technical acumen and customer service skills will go to waste.
