Kim Allen was introduced to me for the first time more than 20 years ago. Her demeanor was friendly, focused and it was apparent she was destined to be a leader in our industry.
Today, Allen is keenly aware of helping the next generation of female executives within the industry. She is optimistic about a newly formed organization called Women in Leadership and Management in Animal Health (WILMAH).

WILMAH is intended to foster networking and mentoring for women in the industry. “I see more females taking leadership roles in the industry, and it is encouraging to see. It is an exciting time in animal health and there are many opportunities for women in leadership roles”, said Allen.
INSIGHTS: Congratulations to Kim, a familiar face to many animal health pros. Thanks you for sharing your passion and perspectives. Best wishes for years to come!
