I so wish the corporate leaders of today subscribed to this thought process. They see it as weakness…..and their sly slight of hand, smoke and mirror approach is considered savvy in their minds. Shameful what has happened to our once distinguished and thoughtful leaders. Flowery mission statements and chin music take the place of truth.

Your comments are unfortunately accurate in many organizations today. However wishing for change is not a strategy. I would suggest that integrity starts with us individually and then our activities influence others to adopt a similar approach. We didn’t lose integrity overnight and we won’t restore overnight.
