Is it enough that you perform the exams, make the diagnosis, recommend the treatment and provide medications and appropriate diets? If you’re not monitoring compliance, following up with your clients and helping them understand the importance of your medication recommendations and good nutrition in their pets, all of your dedication on the front end will be less effective in helping your clients keep their pets healthy.
