The current pandemic greatly demonstrates there is a real scarcity of mentally strong people. Spend more than a few minutes on social media and you will be exposed to meltdowns over trivial concerns. I wondered why, so I searched for advice on improving one’s mental strength.

Putting a negative in the forefront only ensures that it will be repeated over and over. Effective coaching is always based on positive reinforcement.
