2. Targeted Touch Emails. Sent as needed for timely, single-topic updates and urgent opportunities.
3. NEW: Pet Care Pro Monthly (Members + Broader Pet Care Community) A monthly email reaching beyond membership to promote thought leadership and raise awareness of IBPSA’s programs, education, advocacy, and events.
