
Gallup research across more than 11,000 teams found that strengths awareness has roughly twice the influence on team performance as the team’s mix of strengths. But strengths awareness doesn’t mean you have to know every colleague’s full Clifton Strengths profile from the company’s strength-based development tool.
In today’s expanding workplace team environments, Gallup suggests focusing less on matching the depth of your strengths awareness to working relationships.

- Working orbit: Know enough to collaborate.
- Core: Know enough to anticipate.
