INSIGHTS: A recently scheduled 6 month checkup visit for Lil’ Buddy fell on a day when I didn’t feel well. Thankfully, the clinic accommodated a curbside pick-up and return. An experienced veterinary technician came to my vehicle for one of the best check-in screenings I’ve ever experienced. Her clinic expects each veterinary technician to work at the top of their license and her questions, demeanor and relationship skills were stellar. When she returned Lil’ Buddy to me curbside, she went through everything noting the veterinarian would call early evening. When the doctor called he had nothing to add as the veterinary technician had covered it all.
