The coronavirus pandemic has put in perspective the need for leaders to prepare for disruption of work routines, anxiety within their communities and organizations, and even deaths of community members, friends and team members.

INSIGHTS: People process information differently. Stress exaggerates the differences. Communication needs to be clear, concise, and consistent.
