- Do nothing
- Quit
- Quiet quit
- Do something to improve the situation, so they can be happier.
Barkacs advocates taking time and space before acting using an acronym, S-P-A-C-E, which stands for Sincerity, Perspective, Assessment, Collaboration and Execution.
