- younger employees under 35, particularly Generation Z employees who also feel less connected to their organization’s culture
- employees who could do their jobs remotely but work exclusively on-site
- employees who exclusively work from home
INSIGHTS: Referencing companies that are dealing with engagement successfully, Harter says they have effective onboarding programs for new employees and holistic and multidimensional approaches to well-being, offering a range of services and resources.
