The Equine Disease Communication Center confirmed one new case associated with the outbreak in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The horse is displaying neurological clinical signs. It did not attend the WPRA but was stalled with horses that did, including one that tested positive for EHV-1 with only respiratory signs.
