Researchers seek dogs, preferably puppies of both purebred and mixed breeds, in the following categories from a variety of geographies:
- Large breed dogs
- Giant breed dogs
- Hound dogs
- Working dogs

To participate in the Dog Aging Project, owners may nominate one dog per household at the project website, DogAgingProject.org; they are then invited to set up a personal research portal where they answer scientific surveys about their dog and upload veterinary records.
INSIGHTS: The project seeks 30,000 dogs. It is a great opportunity for new puppy owners, including veterinary team members. Share the opportunity in social media and newsletters.
