<Researchers> have concluded that youth programs must address both prevention and promotion; contrary to popular belief, focusing on one does not necessarily affect the other.
INSIGHTS: It is good to see measurement of programs such as 4-H. Today’s 4-H programs offer hands-on learning and education programs for kids to build skills like responsibility, resiliency and hard work, which help them succeed in life.
