Do not worry about sounding nosey. Leaders are naturally inquisitive, and your customers will appreciate your genuine interest in helping them.
INSIGHTS: Be certain to acknowledge each response you receive before moving to the next question. Without acknowledgements, it will sound like an interrogation.
