Maureen Metcalf’s article on leadership trends in the next five years appeared on forbes.com last August. It caught our attention because of the applications to the animal health industry. No trend is more important than the need to become an agile practice.

Being nimble means paying attention to trends and identifying small “experiments” you can run to keep up with or even ahead of the changes happening around you. Once you are clear about what will work for you and how it will work, pilot that change. Truly agile companies are always experimenting.
