Email etiquette is increasingly important! It’s an integral part of how you communicate and develop relationships with people. Betty Liu compiled these tips to help avoid the most common email mistakes:
- Bad grammar/spelling
- Misdirected emails
- BCC too much
- Silence
- Saying ‘To whom it may concern’
- Not changing the subject line
- Marking emails as unnecessarily urgent
- Long emails
- Late night emails
- Emotional emailing
